Dr. Pruss is married with 3 children. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended college at Boston University before obtaining medical school. Following graduation, he served as a medical officer in the US Navy during both Gulf Wars and the war in Afghanistan. He has enjoyed providing primary care in New England and the Midwest for the pPhilosophy of care
