Kathy Scifres is a great asset and the only reason I go to Optum. She is professional, informative, friendly and gets the job done. When I had an issue with a new medication, she resolved it immediately! As said, she is a great asset to your New Albany location!

She takes the time to analyze the problem and work with you on your care. She helps you decide your course of treatment. I know your organization is about quota of patients which quite frankly is absurd for a human care industry. But Kathy take the time needed to make sure each patient is listened too and given the respect they need to make good decisions on their care
