Gina is knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly and caring

Only met her once. Not really enough time to form an opinion other than she needs to be on time. She was more than an hour late for my appointment.

She listens and is very smart

She knew her stuff and talked to my wife and I, providing personal experiences with her own usage of the equipment.

The appointment started out rough, but we worked to communicate and came to an understanding of what was important to me with my treatment plan.

My complaint is that the staff from Gina never called me regarding my results. After MANY calls and questions about results w Optum, it was just over SIX MONTHS for my results

She is friendly and courteous but does not seem to have take good notes. She always seems to have a hard time remembering your status as a patient. She should acquaint herself with the patient’s history before the appointment

She seems as a very caring person. She has good ideas to help you with problems you may have. She looks at places you have injured yourself by moving my cannulas for my infusion pump’s cannulas’. She explains why you have pooling under your skin and if you get nodulas under a used cannula how long it takes to heal.

She was polite, helpful and professional.

Caring attitude

Absolutely refused to listen to me about my condition, that the 'headaches' she insisted on treating me for were not at all among my symptoms, that the myriad of costly medications she insisted on prescribing for me were doing 'nothing' for my constant vertigo, and refused all requests to speak with Dr. Wilson again, after my initial visit to American Health Network in Avon, Indiana. Was ignored at every visit, and just did what she wanted to do, regardless of what I said. A complete waste of many months of my life, without addressing my symptoms/condition, and a complete waste of money and medications.
