Gina was so great. She was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

She was vary good bedside service

She acted like I couldn’t do my own injections/take care of myself. My other drs know I am capable and am doing it presently. Also she hasn’t followed up with about my meds that could be changed due to my painful neuropathy.

She listens patiently to any questions I may have and explains things in a way that I can understand.

She is very compassionate and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She is very personable as well.

Dr Gina did a great job

She said we were meeting for the first time but I had a previous in person appointment with her. She also said I hadn’t been in the office and I saw neurology staff members several times.

Only met her once. Not really enough time to form an opinion other than she needs to be on time. She was more than an hour late for my appointment.

She knew her stuff and talked to my wife and I, providing personal experiences with her own usage of the equipment.

The appointment started out rough, but we worked to communicate and came to an understanding of what was important to me with my treatment plan.

My complaint is that the staff from Gina never called me regarding my results. After MANY calls and questions about results w Optum, it was just over SIX MONTHS for my results

I like the way she explains everything

She is friendly and courteous but does not seem to have take good notes. She always seems to have a hard time remembering your status as a patient. She should acquaint herself with the patient’s history before the appointment
