Dr Zapinski is my hero and there are not enough attributes for me to list in this box to sum up how amazing she is. Dr Zapinski cares only about getting to know the patient and the patient needs and goes directly to working with you and listening to you to set up a treatment plan and attack your issues head on with compassion and skill. About Dawn T Zapinski, MD
Dr. Zapinski grew up in Northwest Indiana, the proud daughter of a hard-working immigrant mother and Hoosier father. She spent her childhood learning to play piano and flute and studied French, spending a year as an exchange student in France. Throughout her time in school, science was always a passion which led her on the path to becoming a physician. She has been practicing neurology in Indiana since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys playing flute in a local orchestra, travelling, exploring restaurants and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Philosophy of care
I enjoy treating a wide variety of neurological & sleep disorders and working in an environment that fosters patient education as well as a sense of collaborative care and mutual respect.
