Did not feel up to date on my chart/history. I was visibly upset and overwhelmed with some of my symptoms and was met with what felt like little concern and judgmental attitude. I did not feel confident in explaining things further or asking more questions. For the questions I did ask, I was not provided answers to get clarification or next steps. I left the appointment feeling defeated.

She impressed me as caring, energetic, knowledgeable, and very capable.
