Thank you, Dr. Pinkerton, for providing life-saving medical care when I needed it most. I broke my arm and had a severe drug reaction to the pain medication that was prescribed by urgent care the day before. You and your staff got me in right away and treated the reaction with a steroid. The angioedema worsened after I left despite the injection, leading me to the ER an hour later where I received epinephrine due to developing anaphylaxis. I believe your prompt care prevented hospitalization and intubation. You also showed compassion by treating my arm pain. You and your clinical team are the best!
