Last year she said she placed an order for my new equipment on [omitted] with MSC. No one followed up to see if it was received or if I had my new equipment until 3 months later. I still did not have it. So new order was placed with another supplier, Lincare. I followed up a week later with lincare and they never received order. So I called Cayla’s office and left a message. Never heard back. I called Lincare a week later and something had come through the day before but not an order. The tech asked me if it was a new machine or supplies. She didn’t have my address, phone or insurance info. So 2 weeks after my last video appt I still have nothing confirmed.

Good experience. Cayla was knowledgeable, had reviewed my charts, asked good questions, and made reasonable recommendations.
