I began care with this provider in [omitted]. Throughout my time under his care, a comprehensive neurological head-to-toe examination was never performed. At my most recent appointment in March 2026, his demeanor toward both me and my family was dismissive and unprofessional. He directed a comment to my mother stating, “Well, what do you want me to do for her?” When my mother responded, “Help her—nothing is working and she is deteriorating,” his only recommendation was referral to either Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic. When we asked what those facilities could offer that differed from his care, he stated that everything would be under one office but could not clearly explain what additional evaluations or treatments might be pursued. During visits, he often avoided eye contact, did not actively listen, and failed to take notes during my initial appointment. His most recent office note lacked thorough documentation across multiple aspects of my care. I sought treatment from this provider based on recommendations that he was highly qualified for my diagnosis. However, I have had to consistently advocate for myself throughout this process. This experience has caused significant stress, which has exacerbated my symptoms and negatively impacted my condition. I have been out of work this entire time, and goal was to be able to find a solution to return sooner.
