He seem to lack actively listening skills and bedside manner, often appearing annoyed with information and questions. He exhibited a lack of confidence in his diagnosis and was not clear with instructions given for medication prescribed. As a result, I requested Dr. Lowney recheck my medical issue at a rescheduled appt a few days after my appt with Andrew. She altered the treatment and clarified questions as she always does.

I had seen Jeremy Paden previously but was unable to get an appointment with him quickly because he was leaving for a vacation. I was given an appointment with Andrew. I was coming in due to continuous cough and continuous drainage. I was interested in getting a referral for allergy testing due to testing negative for just about everything else. Andrew was thorough and conscientious throughout the appointment. He believed that I didn’t need to be allergy tested and I sent a referral and asked for the appointment to be soon. He then told me that if I had any problems getting the appointment to reach out to him through the app messaging system and he would work to get it done as quickly as possible.
