Andrew Aldridge, PA-C

I had seen Jeremy Paden previously but was unable to get an appointment with him quickly because he was leaving for a vacation. I was given an appointment with Andrew. I was coming in due to continuous cough and continuous drainage. I was interested in getting a referral for allergy testing due to testing negative for just about everything else. Andrew was thorough and conscientious throughout the appointment. He believed that I didn’t need to be allergy tested and I sent a referral and asked for the appointment to be soon. He then told me that if I had any problems getting the appointment to reach out to him through the app messaging system and he would work to get it done as quickly as possible.

He seemed like he didn't know what was going on and he kept repeating himself and saying well I just don't know. He was a sweet and nice person. He just seemed nervous and didn't know.

Because he diagnosed my rotator cuff pain and recommended an in home physical therapy program. This ongoing pain in my shoulders was driving me crazy. I came in frustrated and angry with high blood pressure. I owe everyone at Optum an Eternal debt of gratitude. Which is, believe me insufficient. Thank you all so very much. I'm still waiting on someone to contact me about a stress test but I don't think Andrew Aldridge or Optum is the problem. [omitted]

Listened well and was very deliberate in his treatment plan

Not very thorough. Wanted a week for my script and it was never sent in! I called and it was finally sent in the next day but the wrong script was sent!!!! What a mess!!!!!!
