He was 45 min late, no apology. Sat in chair with his leg bouncing a mile a minute, which was concerning. He wanted to take me off some meds, with no help to find relief with something else. I had to force answers out of him, he just sat there looking blankly at me while I continued to squeeze info out of him on how to proceed. He was very unhelpful. At one point he jumped up and left the office to “talk to all the other docs there” to see if one of them could help me after telling me he wasn’t licensed to prescribe something. He came back in 2 minutes stating no one could help me…I don’t even know what he was supposedly asking ALL the docs in the building in 2 minutes. We all know he was mocking me, for what reason I’m not sure, unless asking for help from someone that IS licensed hurt his feelings. I assumed he was going to put in some sort of request on his computer. Never did I think he would just run out of the office to get his answer in 2 minutes, but he jumped up so quick and left I didn’t know what to do. Very odd behavior. He was super unhelpful the entire appt. I left in tears and have been miserable healthwise ever since while I try and figure this out on my own. I wish I could request another doc at this practice that I have been a patient at for decades, but I have no idea what’s been said about me by him. I do love everyone else at this building and wish I could continue being a patient there. It’s just sad that Dr. Moretto, the most caring, loving, and helpful doctor ever, had to trust his long term patients with Adam. Hopefully others had a better experience.

This was my first time seeing Adam, but I was very impressed. I am a [omitted]t of Dr. Moretto and it was very difficult for me to make a change … Adam is very responsive on the portal. Any questions I’ve had he gets right back with me and I feel good about being in his care so I am appreciative. In the office he gave me time didn’t rush and answered all my questions I couldn’t ask for anything more.
