He reviewed my medications, discussed the types of specialists he thought I should see, and took steps to ensure they were seen promptly. William discussed the steps he felt would help me improve my current health and seemed to have familiarized himself with my file before we met.. I appreciated his expressions of empathy.

As previously mentioned when contacted by Mr. Field regarding the results of a CT scan I'm still very unclear as to what the possible issues are and I haven't received any further contact regarding follow-up tests as well as confirmation that the surgeon has been made aware of the CT scan results.

This was my first appointment with him. So my opinion is still pending
