It was my first visit with Vivian Brasch. My first impression was she did address my concerns. I look forward to seeing her again and getting to know her better.

She’s very easy to talk to, listens when I talk, responds and suggests in a way I can understand easily

She is the first Dr who actually looked over my notes I had sent from all my Dr’s when I switched to Optum. She came in and we discussed what my plan of action would be and how best to help me. She has made some changes to different meds for the better. I just love her. And she is the reason I stayed with Optimum health insurance. That is the level of trust I have with her.
