I found her rude and condescending. When I told her I had dislocated my shoulder on Thanksgiving, she asked if I went to the hospital and I told her that my son and I had put it back into place ourselves. I told her I had Ehlers-Danlos and that I had dislocated the shoulder many times and I did not want to miss Thanksgiving at my aunts house and I went to the hospital when I got back home to Apollo Beach, I asked for referral for physical therapy. I explained that I did not want to get a frozen shoulder which usually followed to dislocation with me. She gave me the referral, but wanted to see the doctors report and I had to contact the emergency room to get it and I would return to the office to give it to her and I made an appointment to do that when I returned in a few days the report said that there was no evidence of a dislocation. I took that as a positive that there was no damage done during the dislocation. She took that as something negative that I was somehow doing something negative, and I told her for the second time that I did not like her and she said she didn’t care whether I liked her or not reinforcing my opinion that she’s rude and condescending. In the future, I will make my appointments with my doctor and see only my doctor and not her..
