Sonal Dave is the reason I go to Optum, previously I have had other doctors in the past, and they were OK, but when I got assigned to Sonal Dave she made me change my opinion about Optum. I look forward to seeing Son all day every time I go to Optum.

my husband takes his drs advice seriously and she didn't seem to feel she had medical authority in this respect. He was toying with quitting smoking, but she chuckled when he said he was smoking which eased his mind like he was doing pretty good, so there went that. :( no suggestions how to quit etc. I commented that her chuckling about it felt like it wasn't a serious issue. he listens to his drs when they scare him enough. She said everybody already knows smoking is harmful and moved along. We were there as a first time with her she said shed send over meds that days as he was almost out of serious meds. when they werent here a wk later we called to learned they had not been sent. ?! :(
