She seemed unhappy and did not listen to what I had to say regarding my health overall she seemed fine but I would rather see my provider Dr Helen Simpson

She doesn't listen very well. The past two visits, I needed referrals, I had to call your office to get the referral corrected, the referral was suppose to go to Advent Health for my annual breast exam, instead, it was sent to Simon Med. I spoke with her (Sharon) again to let her know that I have everything done at Advent Health. The next time, I was scheduled for a Barium swallow study test is done at the Hospital only, she sent the referral to Simon Med, I had to reschedule my hospital appt because they had not received the referral. The referrals are causing issues
