Dr. Merritt always takes time to listen to me and certainly explains all test results, options and shows me some of my tests findings. He is very thorough and explains at a level that I can understand. Too bad the shortcomings of other staff do affect the overall opinion of Optum.

He actually talks to me and explains everything. He takes time to answer all my questions. I completely trust him with my care. He's personable and can be funny at times. I am totally comfortable with him. Best doctor I everything had!
