Dr Cruz is compassionate; caring; easy to understand; negotiates; listens; understands me; jumps right on issues like refrrals, xrays, other preventitive testing; sees me often enough to keep abreast of my conditions. perhaps best of all she is greatest at helping me understand what my labs mean in detail!. she is everything I expect my doctor to be if my doctor wants to keep me as a patient. having been an RN my expectations are likely ghier than most patients!
