Dr. Hernandez is attentive, she looks at me and listens (instead of looking at her laptop while pounding away on the keys like Dr Petranic did). Dr. Hernandez addresses my concerns, takes them seriously and takes the necessary steps to ensure my health is taken care of in a timely fashion, answers my questions with explanations which puts my mind at ease . I feel Dr Hernandez is a -great doctor and I have confidence in the level of care she provides to me.
