He's a super nice Dr and is genuinely interested in his patients. He is so easy to talk to and listens to what I have to say. He is very professional but yet a down to earth person It makes me feel very comfortable.

He is the most caring, knowledgeable, and kindest Primary Care Physician I have ever had! He has always come into the exam room knowing my health records ahead of our visit. I have never experienced that type of service with a doctor before! He prepares for the visit and I appreciate his advice, encouraging word, and I've learned things from him as well.

Dr. Ortega does not treat the whole person by taking into account my history, lifestyle (including diet & exercise), & repeated requests for more accurate tests before prescribing a serious, harmful medication. When telling me to take 1200 mg of calcium, he failed to advise also taking vitamins D3 & K2(MK-7) & as a consequence, I developed all the symptoms of hypercalcemia (as I informed him, but he ignored), which likely skewed my test results.
