Dr. ORTEGA is an excellent doctor, considering my experiences with others doctors over the years. He is thorough and breaks down every detail regarding my particular circumstance in a manner that is understandable. He explains his recommendations and follows up with the results. He is the BEST PCP I've had at this clinic. Prior to his working at this facility, I was always seeing a different doctor and they really didn't give me the feeling that they cared too much about me. I decided to go one more time & that's when I met Dr. Ortega. During our first visit, I was impressed bc he entered the room with a nice greeting, and spent nearly an hour with me discussing my health issues. I asked him right then, if he plans to stick around? He wondered why I asked this question. I explained that I had been using this facility for about 4yrs and each time I went in (every 6 months), I was seeing a different doctor. I don't like that type of care. I want to stick with one doctor. He told me he was very glad to hear about this past experience, but that he planned to stay. He said that he loves it there. So, because he is so trustworthy,I felt like I should continue to see him. He has helped me a lot since that 1st visit!
