I am confident about her qualifications and treatment

I was able to talk to her. I haven't had contact with my PCP Dr Elizabeth Gonzales since October. I had to call my cardiologist for refills.

I think she is great. She talks to you answers all your questions and I truly believe she cares. She makes me feel very comfortable. She doesn't make you feel as though you should change your life she just advise you on things you could do that will help you.

She listens to your needs and discusses a solution. She’s caring and patient and will make sure all of your health issues are referred to the appropriate doctor. She keeps your annual tests and immunization up to date.

Dr Michelle De La Riva is an excellent, caring and very professional and easily accessible physician.

She is very knowledgeable regarding my needs and very easy to talk with.

She never discusses results from labs or other providers. Follow up on treatment plans is non existent, or even have suggestions. She is very ill prepared in reference to my conditions and rarely offers medical advice for my betterment. And finally when needing referrals & authorizations she doesn’t do her part and I have had to cancel appointments with my specialists.

She goes over my meds and general well-being. Makes sure I'm on the right track to maintain my over all health.

She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She cares about me and my medical challenges.
