Dr McGrath listens to me. Plus the Dr understands what is going on with me.

She is always so concerned and answers any questions that I have.

She is confrontational and difficult. We just don’t sync up well. I’m not sure I trust her yet. She doesn’t come out and call you a liar, but she argues with me about my own recollection of our discussions which is very off putting. I miss my previous physician who I got along with very well. Dr McGrath also is unwilling to give referrals as necessary. It makes my wellbeing in question. I got the impression she made me wait for an hour on purpose to teach me a lesson for looking for a different physician base on a comment she made while I was there about bouncing around with doctors. I’ve never waited long in that office previously.

She refused to refer me to specialists. I have medical issues. I have a hernia that needs surgery and she said that everyone has a hernia, and they don't do anything unless it is an emergency for a hernia. I have fatty liver disease and she said that I didn't need a specialist, and that everyone has that disease. She could monitor me. She could see that I was not happy with that, so she said if I was not okay with that then I could find myself a new Doctor. .
