I am worried that some of my concerns are not being addressed. A request for referral to a specialist for a newly diagnosed condition was denied and I was told nothing could be done about it. I was advised that she could provide the same services (meds. ) as the the specialist in network I asked to consult with. This is an example of my experience.

Dr. Ford is, by far, the finest physician I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is professional, knows how to make me feel comfortable, explains things clearly, and cares about me. I know i am in good hands. I wish I had found her years ago.
