Dr. Palino cares about her patients and shows empathy for us. She goes the extra mile to personally notify of your test results if they require immediate action i.e. Strongly urging you to proceed to the emergency room for additional testing or calling your pharmacy to make sure you get your medications in a timely fashion. I admire and respect her for many reasons but especially for the fact that she's a hands on doctor who truly supports her patients.
