Joel Rivera-Rodriguez, MD

Dr Joel Rivera Rodriguez is not my regular doctor but was filling in for Doctor Sara Cruz Luna that day. He was very nice and helpful. He listen to my concerns and gave me a solution until my doctor would return and made sure to also discuss it with her when she returned. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

He is always interested in my well being, and understand my requests with great responsibility and care, I consider him more like my friend than my doctor after been in his care for several years now, he and his nurse Dorothy are exceptional human beings

He listens and is compassionate. He explains lab results and provides detailed guidance and explanation of what is needed next. Dr. Joel is always kind, and clean with his person, which is very important to me.

Very caring and knowledgeable

He is always friendly. Always ask how do I feel before he provides test results and or referrals recommended according to my symptoms if any. Shows real interest about my health. Always recommend to call the office before going to ER unless it's really necessary. I have referred him to friends. That's how much I trust his care and the only reason I changed insurance, just to keep him as my PCP after Optum dropped my old insurance.

Perhaps we are too comfortable with each other and he accepts what I say without checking for himself. While I appreciate his confidence in me and the test results checking me physically would make me feel much better especially when I have a specific concern or comment. After all I am there to speak to the expert which I indeed am NOT. I do appreciate his kind understanding and support over the years.

Listen English is my second language I have a hard time wording things so please bear with me, I absolutely love Dr Rodriguez he's a wonderful doctor he is patient he takes time to listen to your concerns I just can't say much more than I love him and I try and recommend him to all my friends that I love and care for I wish everyone would have him as a doctor that's how much I love him. Also his staff is also wonderful they're very courteous friendly and they help you anyway they can I hope Dr Rodriguez has can you read everything this survey.

Awesome Doctor, reviewed and explain test results thoroughly, very prompt with new prescriptions, always reminding that he is always available.
