I like Joanna. In case I don't get another chance to state a major evaluation point, I will make it here. I developed a very high fever on a Monday midday. I was able to be seen at 3:00. Unfortunately, your blood lab was closed. I had to drag my sick self back on Tuesday afternoon for a blood draw. I saw my results the next day but heard nothing from anyone about treating the infection indicated by my high WBC and Neutrophil counts that day. By the time someone did call me at the end of the week, I was mending on my own. Fortunately whatever caused the problem seems to have been handled by my body. If it had been something worse, the multi-day delay could have left me in bad shape.

She was extremely thorough in her review of my records and detailed discussion with me.
