What I appreciate most is that he is very thorough—he has referred me for several diagnostic tests to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that I remain healthy. He explains my medications clearly and makes sure I understand why they are important. At the same time, he is very understanding and compassionate when I occasionally miss my medications or fall behind on routines like diet and exercise. Rather than being judgmental, he encourages me to stay on track and continue improving my health. It is rare to find a doctor who combines medical knowledge with genuine care for the patient as a person.
