Does not paid attention when I ask to see a specialist, waiting one month for the referral, never was sent to insurance. Does not give information when will I get the referral and would not give in writing the name and address of the specialist that I have to see.

Wait times and ability to see the doctor quickly are getting more difficult. I have no problem seeing the NP when I have something urgent, I have never been able to get on the portal, I am on several other medical portals, so I don’t think it’s me. I would prefer to use the portal.
