Wait times and ability to see the doctor quickly are getting more difficult. I have no problem seeing the NP when I have something urgent, I have never been able to get on the portal, I am on several other medical portals, so I don’t think it’s me. I would prefer to use the portal.

She is a doctor you can speak to that listens to your concerns and offers you options to solutions. She is very caring and compassionate.
