Very nice doctor, but doesn’t give much further information or different options very surface not much depth

Listens and responds specifically and professionally. Always checks to ensure any and all questions are addressed prior to ending the visit.

Dr. Stengel has become very laxidazical in his care. He does not take the time to listen to concerns. For example, he asked about my last colonoscopy, I stared it had been well over 10 years and he said, oh, you're good. I believe after after age 60 you should have one every 5 -10 years if I'm not mistaken. He wants to prescribe pain meds rather than find the root of the problem and fix it. Does not follow up on referrals. I am the one who always has to call and remind them. I change the doses of my own meds and tell him. I am seeking another Healthcare provider.

Thinking about changing doctors to someone who is interested in caring for an autistic adult.

Too impersonal and not attentive to my concerns and questions

Very professional, listens and interacts with me, very easy to talk to. He takes his time with me and I never feel rushed.

He listens carefully and he gets it done. What I mean is that when I'm in pain, he sends me to the specialist when he tries his best.If one specialist in two right , he sends me to another.

First time meeting with him

I didn't have any specific problem with him. He was efficient, and wait times were low.

Dr Stengel had my medical records. He gave me reasonable recommendations

He made good recommendations that I followed and was a good call for my health. He followed up on previous visit and recommended more test to determine diagnosis.

I like all of the Optum doctors in spite of the fact that they work for Optum. Optum being owned by United healthcare in my opinion is a conflict of interest.

This was my first appointment to meet Dr, Stengel. He was very nice and I am glad he specializes in some of my ailments, like high blood pressure and heart disease. One of my major concerns is post-polio syndrome, since I have breathing problems as a bulbar polio/iron lung survivor. I hope Dr. Stengel can help me in this regard.

Not comfortable talking with him. It's like he doesn't care.
