I sent request thru app for a medication with photos 3 times then when I said you sent the wrong cream to Costco twice he said, I’m not a mind reader it’s not on your list. I said that’s why I sent photos both times. I still did not get the right cream! I got some small tubes!

Dr. Shpall was fine during my appointment, but afterwards when I asked about a lab result that I couldn't interpret, he rudely responded with: Perfectly normal stable as previously stated , are you looking at the portal and looking at the notes with my reading already that said they are okay. I do not work but part-time and do not have time to hand walk you through every single lab that you have. I was shocked by this response, as I had only asked the one question about thyroid results. I've never had a provider respond like this. I ask questions but am aware enough to avoid assaulting them with an unreasonable scope or quantity of questions.

Prompt and full response as follow-up to a medical emergency I had (Lutheran Hospital). Clear explanations of next steps. Promptly prescribed needed medication. Always courteous and nice to deal with.

He has been my physician for more than 25 years, he knows me, and their is comfort level due to that time of knowing each other. He is thorough and has a great demeanor.

Dr Shpall has been my physician for many decades. His only drawback is his limited work schedule and it's not easy to see him on short notice.

He is so easy to talk to and answers all my questions in concise manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Always request him for my annual wellness check. He was very helpful by treating me over the phone when I had an acute sinus infection in Jan. Am so happy he is my primary care physician.

Overall his bedside manner and understanding is very appreciated. He is helpful and knowledgeable. I would have given him a 10, but I have 1 issue that no one seems to want to help me with.

Great Dr. Always Helpful, Informative, and Compassionate I Have been going to Dr Sphall most of my life and in my opinion Dr Sphall is the best Dr in Colorado.
