Was warm and welcoming. He seemed to actually remember me from previous appointments.

Dr Z is very caring and understanding. He applies his expertise and knowledge to treat me as an individual not a number or group. I appreciate his sense of humor too.

He has been my physician for more than 25 years, he knows me, and their is comfort level due to that time of knowing each other. He is thorough and has a great demeanor.

Dr Shpall has been my physician for many decades. His only drawback is his limited work schedule and it's not easy to see him on short notice.

He is so easy to talk to and answers all my questions in concise manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Always request him for my annual wellness check. He was very helpful by treating me over the phone when I had an acute sinus infection in Jan. Am so happy he is my primary care physician.

Overall his bedside manner and understanding is very appreciated. He is helpful and knowledgeable. I would have given him a 10, but I have 1 issue that no one seems to want to help me with.

Dr. Shpall is the best doctor I've been able to find. He is thorough, knoweledgable, and genuinely compassionate about complex cases that don't have an easy answer. This is where most doctors fail because if it isn't in the 'standard of care' guidelines, they just give up. Dr. Shpall cares, which is exactly what a real doctor should be. I can't say enough good things about him. Please strive to keep him happily seat as the lead doctor at this clinic, as long as possible.
