Most of the time I see Whitney she is very rushed and in a hurry. I'm paying good money to see a health care provider and want to be heard. Whitney needs to work on slowing down and not rushing out the door while you're still talking. Especially when you've only been chatting for 10 mins. Atleast give me another 5 mins of your time. With a little more of a calm/slower approach I think she'd rate higher on my scale. I do really like her. Just don't really feel alot of compassion from her.

Of all of my primary care physicians I have had at New West and Optum, Whitney Grant has been the most compassionate and caring primary care I have had. I have recommended her to several people I know and I will continue to do so. Whitney has cared about my overall health and she has been quick to send in referrals and send me notes asking how I was feeling after illness visits and hospital stays. As long as she is my primary care physician, I know she is an NP, I will continue to go there.
