Dr. Bowland was extremely helpful. She knew exactly which pharmacies carried my prescription- she explained King Soopers does not. She could tell from the sound of my lungs what was going on and prescribed the medications I needed that would provide relief. I am very pleased she was able to see me that day because my own doctor and his office were booked up. I had managed to get through the weekend but really needed to be seen that Monday. Dr. Bowland was very knowledgible, caring, and sympathetic. She listened and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely go to her again.

She seemed a bit disorganized upon entering the exam room. She had poor eye contact thru the entire visit. I have been on the same medication for 10 years (only med I take), and every other provider at Optum has always just renewed it for a year at a time (4 x 90-day supply), but she refused to renew it for more than 2 months (2 x 30-day supplies) because she said I don't know you! When asked again to renew it for a year like every other provider has for the last 10 years, she snapped back I'm not arguing with you! You can make another appointment with Rebecca if you want it any longer! So now I need to make a separate appoint, wasting my time and the cost of a co-pay for another med-check appt to get my presciption refilled again.

Very indifferent and somewhat condescending. Did not introduce herself upon first meeting. Not friendly! Complete opposite of Dr Jeremy John!

She was the worst Doctor I have ever had. She literally yelled at me. She didn't allow me to talk at all and told me that I had other motives for coming in for my annual visit. She told me that she guides the visit, NOT me. My list of medications did not come over for some reason, after I spent time filling them all out online. I was wanting to make sure she had them all listed and she shut me down. Told me she was going to have her assistant come in to explain to me what an annual visit is!! She judged me when she asked if I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and I said once a year. Literally rolled her eyes at me like I was disgusting. I had all my records sent there and she made me go to my old practice to get something sent over because she said she didn't have time to go through the records I sent over. There was more.... but at the end she told me well now it's been 55 minutes in my 20 minute slot! I wasnt allowed to say anything except a one word ansswer to each of her questions..Wow!! That is all I can say. She had me in tears. I did not even get to talk to her about the things I wanted. So mean and unkind. Unacceptable behavior. I pray that nobody else has to endure her horrible treatment. I was shocked!

Dr Bowland was very nice, but when i asked for a call back to explain the test results I heard nothing. i still don't know if I had Strep throat or not. and never did find out if i needed a antibiotic. the test result was very confusing heavy growth not positive or negative for strep.

As previously stated, Dr. Bowland takes the time to listen, go through your chart, and is clear with recommendations and/or follow up!

She has done a great job keeping me informed on my health issues and the ways to feel better. She's is very concerned about myself as her patient.
