Dr. Bowland is very caring. She is very knowledgeable about myself. She spends the time I need to talk to her and listens very well.

She is very caring, but I was a concerned that she wanted to surgically remove some skin lesions that my dermatologist was going to freeze off with liquid nitrogen. I prefer to have a dermatologist handle these and it struck me as a bit odd that a PCP would tackle something like this. Also, she did not glove up when checking my skin and this was unusual compared to other providers who have checked my skin.

Very nice but seemed under pressure to take notes and make referrals. Did not directly address my dull chest pain with any test suggestions.

Waited an hour in the exam room, vague diagnosis, no referral was submitted for PT, have tried to follow up and contact through patient portal/mychart to get information on the next steps to take and get a PT referral sent and haven't heard back, it's been a week

No follow up after waiting a month for test results. No information on next steps.
