Dr. Bowland was very caring and compassionate about my ongoing issues and made me feel seen. I cannot say this about any other staff member!

She is very kind, very knowledgeable and makes me feel extremely cared for! I actually look forward to seeing her when I have to go in! She has a great doctor on all levels!

She was the worst Doctor I have ever had. She literally yelled at me. She didn't allow me to talk at all and told me that I had other motives for coming in for my annual visit. She told me that she guides the visit, NOT me. My list of medications did not come over for some reason, after I spent time filling them all out online. I was wanting to make sure she had them all listed and she shut me down. Told me she was going to have her assistant come in to explain to me what an annual visit is!! She judged me when she asked if I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and I said once a year. Literally rolled her eyes at me like I was disgusting. I had all my records sent there and she made me go to my old practice to get something sent over because she said she didn't have time to go through the records I sent over. There was more.... but at the end she told me well now it's been 55 minutes in my 20 minute slot! I wasnt allowed to say anything except a one word ansswer to each of her questions..Wow!! That is all I can say. She had me in tears. I did not even get to talk to her about the things I wanted. So mean and unkind. Unacceptable behavior. I pray that nobody else has to endure her horrible treatment. I was shocked!

Dr Bowland was very nice, but when i asked for a call back to explain the test results I heard nothing. i still don't know if I had Strep throat or not. and never did find out if i needed a antibiotic. the test result was very confusing heavy growth not positive or negative for strep.

As previously stated, Dr. Bowland takes the time to listen, go through your chart, and is clear with recommendations and/or follow up!

She has done a great job keeping me informed on my health issues and the ways to feel better. She's is very concerned about myself as her patient.

Dr Bowland was very thorough, asked great questions and listened carefully. She was empathetic and worked diligently to diagnose and treat.

Dr. Bowland is very caring. She is very knowledgeable about myself. She spends the time I need to talk to her and listens very well.

She is very caring, but I was a concerned that she wanted to surgically remove some skin lesions that my dermatologist was going to freeze off with liquid nitrogen. I prefer to have a dermatologist handle these and it struck me as a bit odd that a PCP would tackle something like this. Also, she did not glove up when checking my skin and this was unusual compared to other providers who have checked my skin.
