She was very friendly and professional explained all of my test results so I could understand them and actually understand why I wanted an ultrasound of my thyroid. She also brought up tests that I should have done before now.

She's very rude and unprofessional. She responded poorly to a message I sent regarding my statin. If she's scared of it, tell her to quit taking it and lose weight. She also told me that all my labs were at goal, even though my A1c is higher than the last time we checked it. I refuse to see her again.
