Stephanie is very helpful and tries to get all things complete in a short amount of time. In 2026, most of the insurance companies went to HMO mode, so HUge amount of referrals have to get done in a short amount of time. Stephanie very good at this new referral system. But the Optum system, and the United Health Care insurance system is SLOW due to so many referrals. I would absolutely recommend Stephanie Lynch to anyone, as she is patient, helpful, and understands the challenges in 2026 for so many referrals. NOte: OPtum MyChart sometimes very slow in getting stuff done Suggestion: get more software space to accommodate the requests. It is a software problem, not an issue with Doctors and nurses at Mt. View Medical trying to do a BIG job. Or add some more training for everyone...Just observations on my part...not a criticism. [omitted]
