She always gets back to me ASAP

DR. Lynch is a caring person ,listens to what the patient tells her about their problem and then discusses what treatment to use. I enjoy my visits to her very much because I know she cares and will do what's best for the patient

I am not quite sure if the assistant to Dr Matthew Moore whom I saw recently is Stephanie. But if it was it was ok.

She doesn’t fill out ANY pre authorizations. I have 2 in the last 2 months. Her medical assistant was not helpful at all. I had my pharmacy send over the request for the authorization, and she was unaware when I had to reschedule another appointment just to have her fill it out. I had to pay cash for my depression medication or wait for another appointment, I decided to pay cash. I was told to message her about it in the MY CHART but I can’t figure it out.
