I like Sarah a lot. She's a great provider. I don't like the wait times and not being able to leave her a message when the nurse refused

She is an excellent listener and responsive to what I am telling her.

Even though she didn't know me, she was personable. She asked in-depth questions, listened, and showed personality by looking at me and smiling, instead of looking mostly at the screen.

She is always pleasant and listens to the reason I'm there. During my recent physical, she listened to my questions and issues and advised me on any treatment. I also got notes in the portal on my test results and advice on what I can do.

Because she takes her time and listens to what I have to say and she is being very helpful with my situation I have been going through. She doesn’t want to just listen to what I’m feeling but taking action and running test to see if my symptoms could be something else.

I don’t know if her caseload is just too big and she doesn’t have time to check lab results but I believe that 12 days waiting on lab results is a little bit ridiculous especially since I talked to her a week ago and she said she hadn’t had time to review them
