At times seems rushed because of Optium's rules regarding time allowed

He doesn’t listen. He didn’t address one of the reasons why I was there. Laura took the time with you and she listened to you and you felt like she genuinely cared. With Ryan you’re just another patient. Nice guy but he doesn’t care.

No follow through - I had to call to get results and then - again no follow through to determine what I needed next to solve the issue, Results - I went to another doctor.
