I really like Rudy's care and compassion. I wanted to write to him on the portal about a visit I had with my dentist regarding my visit with him and cannot seem to be able to do it. It's important that I get the information to him.

Felt he was rushed and not familiar with me. Dr. Hoffman changed facilities, Dr. Clark took me on as a patient and was out on leave. So Wencl was trying to cover. I don’t blame him, but Optum’s lack of maintaining a sense of medical congruity.
