-
She provided very thoughtful caring attention to my issues. I never felt like lab data.
-
Did not listen or really care about helping me, just complained about being there
-
Rose was very kind and patient. She took time to talk to me and get to know me.
-
She refused to renew a prescription I've been on and need at a difficult time in my life. I had to repeat things multiple times because she was typing instead of listening to me.
-
Although she seems very knowledgeable, she did appear to be very much in a hurry. Did not do a hands-on exam. but just discussed my symptoms. Referred me to get x-rays. This was my first encounter with Rose, so I have no comparison.
-
See my previous comments. I've been trying to reach her since [omitted]. No response. I'm in daily pain and my care has been neglected

-
thorough and easy to communicate with during exam
-
great!!
-
She did not perform a physical exam but in her notes reported that she had. No vitals were taken either.
-
Always upbeat, gives direction professionally and walks in with a smile
-
Thorough,informative.
-
I have already referred her to a coworker!
-
Sent me to the ER, they did the same tests there as I did in the office with Rose. Nothing more. No follow up from Rose. Sent her messages int he portal and she still has not responded which has been over two weeks. Scheduled a follow up and was told I am not an existing patient of the office, which I have been for years, and that the MD of the office is not accepting new patients. I am ready to go somewhere else. This is ridiculous!
-
She is an excellent professional. She explained everything about my health and conditions, adjusted my medications, and my pulse has stabilized. She speaks both languages perfectly and made me feel very comfortable, speaking to me in Spanish. I am very grateful.
-
Very knowledgeable and caring
-
She was not the doctor I was scheduled to see. She knew nothing about my health history and seemed baffled by my request for referrals for specialists I am already seeing. She wanted me to give a diagnosis that would support a referral to my gynecologist for regular exams.
-
Professional, organized, compassionate.
-
This rating would be much higher had I received a response to a follow-up message.
