Bob Crandall is an exceptional PA. He listens attentively, is respectful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, explains treatment plan, and followup, if needed. Bob Crandall is one of the best PAs that MVMG/Optum has had in all the years I have been a patient.

I went for one purpose. To get a prescription for a medication I had been using for several years. He prescribed it for the WRONG dosage. I learned this when I went to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy. I then had to call back, explain the error, and a new prescription sent to the pharmacy. The second one was correct. But this was sloppy work on Crandall's part.

About Robert Crandall, PA
Bob served in combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan. After that, he and his family moved to Colorado Springs, where he still serves in the National Guard. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. He also likes playing guitar, lifting weights, golfing, and playing softball in a local league for people over 48.
