She was so unprofessional I am in shock. She interrupted me every time I spoke, she's very rude. Her behavior was unacceptable, just obnoxious and she made it crystal clear that she does not care about me in the slightest. This was the worst visit I've ever had with Optum, and because of Rebecca Gurule I am seriously hoping this is my last visit with Optum ever. I am appalled with what a horrible experience I had with her, awful!
