Your question causes me a conflict because I very much enjoy Dr. Lam, attentive, diagnostic, and personable attention. If I were totally selfish, I would want to keep him to myself rather than recommending him to others. It’s a rare thing to find this kind of a doctor these days.

He listens to my concerns and answers any questions I had to my satisfaction and is able to explain what is needed where I can understand and not using lots of medical terminology.

Great demeanor but didn't provide any specifics on what my illness might be. Also his pharmaceutical assistant hardly ever follows up with me when my insurance denied coverage for a medication; I usually have to call them to remind them about it.
