Optum is the overlord that bought this practice. They have made so much about the practice inefficient. Rachel O’Kelley is a wonderful doctor and I will stay with her, but I hate what Optum has done to local medicine

I just started with her so theses not much history yet. just hard to get office visit info. my test results please.

Only issue was that we both forgot to discuss refilling prescriptions. So that became problematic needing to go through third party random person as I am not able to speak to the desk in the office. So new system is not patient friendly at all. Seems to profit insurance company and not the patient as they made the physical appointment without consulting me. Communication is severely lacking. Trying to communicate through My Chart is not working, I do really like Dr O’Kelly just not the new system in place

When I reviewed my discharge AVS I saw that she discontinued a lot of my medications without discussing with me or an explanation Also has dx of substance abuse for using 1mg of Xanax at bedtime. I have had chronic insomnia for 20 years and continue to have issues dispute xanax
