Bruh. Give Rachel Hills a raise. She's single handedly carrying your business on her shoulders along with her staff. Other doctors (I'm not talking about nurse practitioners or PA's;just doctors I have had appointments with) at optum/new west physicians are dog sh*t. And ya that woman is the only reason I associate with new west physicians. Give her a raise. Also treat your staff better and don't overwork them because otherwise they get burntout and leave, and let me tell you...when they leave, so will my business. Clock it.
