Nice PA and caring

Peter was professional and friendly.

Dr.lenatsch is a very good doctor.

The man was fine. But Optum can’t keep doctors. For the last 3-4 years, I e had a different doctor for every WellCare visit. There is no point to recommending any doctor at Optum because there is no longevity with providers. When you do t treat employees well, they don’t stay long.

Thorough, listens, remembered and asked about previous conditions

He was very professional, but also friendly and caring.

Peter is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to listen and understand. We are able to actually discuss options with him and give input. We don't feel rushed and we also feel like he takes our opinions and wishes into consideration. We've both had to see our primary care much more than normal these past 7 months and have been thrilled with the care provided by Peter. We hope he is able to stay associated with the WP Optum primary care office and that he isn't just on loan from a different office. (We also hope the same thing about Robin Johnson, PA who has also been providing care the WP Optum office for the past 7 months.)

Peter Lenatsch listen to the matter at hand and takes time to understand, explain and answers questions that pertains to the situation and is concerned for the wellbeing of the patient.

He is very kind and listens to you gives proper attention advice as wells as educates you. He also makes you laugh.

For Peter, I'd give him a 10. He was proactive, thorough, and responsive. But he's only temporary.
