She actually started the session early in that 15 minute sign on period. That signified to me that she would be totally involved with my issues, and not in a rush. She was very caring and as she reviewed my medications made a recommendation on change. She spoonfed me on how to make the change of adding one while tapering off the original. I appreciated suggestion of the change and the mechanics of how to do it.
