Horrible service by Michelle Spector and Optum manager Jack. They charged us for unnecessary services during mine and my husband's Physical (well Check up). They also did not even told or informed us that if we ask them any questions they will code that to us. We (my husband and I ) are member at this place for last 25 yrs and never had issue but Michelle and Jack are just trying to unnecessarily charge us and make money out of our visit. We recommend several ppl to this facility. I will make sure they all are aware of the scam going on at this facility now on. VERY DISAPPOINTED BY JACK FOR NOT LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMRES AND NO DPING ANYTHING TO HELP HERE.

I've had 3 different providers from this clinic over the last 3 years. Am looking for continuity year over year. First time to see Michelle, but she was proactive in providing feedback on lab results and offered good advice and next steps for other health concerns.

I enjoyed my first visit with Michelle and she stayed as long as i needed and was very friendly and compassionate. My wife has seen her as well and liked her too. I don't give out 10's as no one is perfect.

She totally disregarded what we spoke about during The Visit.Once the lab work came in. She did not call me directly to review the lab results.She had somebody who could not answer any of my questions.Call me and when I asked for Michelle to call me back.She never did.

Professional, friendly, competent and caring from start to finish. This was my first visit with Michelle and am very happy to have her as my practitioner going forward. She was very easy to talk to, very thorough and insightful and am very happy to be on her service.

She didn't seem to care much about my health concerns, when I agreed to pneumonia vaccine, she didn't send anyone in to take care of this.
