Melissa Shockey is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I trust her.

She never remembers me. I have seen her 4 times in the last 6 months. She never went over my abnormal lab results or what I needed to do when I got abnormal lab results. I asked for an imaging referral to be sent to St Anthony’s in Lakewood CO and she sent my referral to a St Anthony in Florida. I don’t feel like she sees me as a human I feel like she sees me as a number. That is not a good feeling.

Can't see primary as they are booked out 2 to 3 weeks. Can get in to Melissa usually within week. She does not rush the apptmnt

This was the worst checkup I've ever had. This woman was dismissive, rude, and I didn't feel I had the care I needed at all. Awful.

She made assumptions about my previous care, and she laughed at some of the concerns I had. She was 'fine' but her facial expressions showed judgment which I really did not appreciate.

She listened to me gave advice and helped with next steps. She gave me comments immediately after my lab results came in. She has followed up on everything she said she would. Super appreciate her!
