Melissa is empathetic, patient, and kind. She makes me feel at ease. From my first visit, I felt truly seen and heard. She has an incredible bedside manner, taking the time to listen to all my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. It is rare to find a PA who is as compassionate and knowledgeable as Melissa. She has literally turned my life around for the better.

Melissa Shockey is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I trust her.

She never remembers me. I have seen her 4 times in the last 6 months. She never went over my abnormal lab results or what I needed to do when I got abnormal lab results. I asked for an imaging referral to be sent to St Anthony’s in Lakewood CO and she sent my referral to a St Anthony in Florida. I don’t feel like she sees me as a human I feel like she sees me as a number. That is not a good feeling.
