Listen to our virtual appointment if it’s taped and you will know why . Asked me which medicine I wanted for my osteoporosis . Gave me two choices without any explanation . Didn’t review the medicine I was already taking. I asked her a question about it. I cannot take my meds with the osteoporosis meds and she never mentioned it. I found out by doing my own research.

She helped me fill out necessary insurance forms but that is IT. Offered 'advice' re: weight reduction through eliminating carbs without asking a single question about my current diet nor exercise.

This was my first time with her. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to my concerns and prescribed a medication I texted her a few days later, and she immediately answered twice. Can’t get better than that!

I was there for pre op clearance. I told her about the rash I had on my chest from the heart monitor. She glanced at it from about 4 feet away never really looked at it & told me to use cortisone or Benadryl. I had to make a with Dr. Vu on Monday it was a fungal infection. 10 days of antibiotics & 28 days of to topical cream. Delay of needed treatment.

Couldn’t answer all my questions about HRT and didn’t offer to get answers for me. Will definitely be seeing a dr next time . She was nice .

Lack of compassion when I inquired about it taking over a week to receive lab results. She had told me it would be available the next day. I needed to know within a reasonable amount of time as regards possibly needing to change my prescription. I had to refill it in the interim or run out. It is taking far too long and I had to pay to refill a costly compounded prescription. No warmth or compassion, no apologies for the delay. I will look for another doctor to replace the one who left the practice. I keep having this problem recur.

Not her fault but my doctor is on leave and leaving the practice. Melissa was very nice and polite however was not able to provide any support aside from a referral that I am not able to use.
