Megan was very professional, friendly, and compassionate. As it turned out there was a slight difficulty with the cerumen removal procedure. It was not her fault at all.

She seemed knowledgeable . Was polite and respectfully, appropriately empathetic. At least offered to try and help with a new referral for RM Pulmanary when learning they were not returning calls nor informing patients of changes. Did not rush me out and apologized for how I was being treated thru the New System ( a system that wasn't broken...but in my opinion is un-repairably broken now).
