Lack of follow up. I was told I would receive call to go over test results. Have not received a call. I call ed left a message still no call back. It's been 5 days since test results came in but I'm not sure when calls are made to follow up since this was my first visit. My previous doctors always called me within a couple of days. Not sure what the process is for Optum
