I waited in the exam room for her for about 10 minutes. She reviewed my medical file info and did a very fast physical exam. At the end of the exam she seemed eager to leave and kept getting up to walk out as I was asking final questions. I probably only saw her for 15 minutes. This week I received her notes about my blood works results and had a follow up question. It has been a few days and I haven't received a response.

I went in to get a letter declaring my cats as emotional support animals because they are. She kept asking the same questions different ways like she was going to get a different answer. I might as well have written the letter myself, brought it in, and had her sign it. I also told the murse I needed to re-up my cyclobenzaprine prescription and she said she put it on the list of things for the doctor to go over. Dr. Alger did NOT go over the cyclobenzaprine prescription at all and I called the pharmacy about putting in a request to refill because that is what the menu options when you call [omitted] say to do, but it has yet to be acknowledged by Dr. Alger because I have yet to get a call from [omitted] that it is ready to pick up.
