I couldn’t be happier than the care and service I’ve received from Mariah. Between[omitted] I felt like I was on a merry-go-round with providers and the quality of providers varied greatly. Now I feel like I’ve found a provider who takes the time to ask important questions, listens to my concerns, and we work together on developing a care and treatment plan.

I was quite ill when she saw me. It was the first time we had met. She was not personable and she seemed very hurried. On the plus side, she diagnosed well, prescribed antibiotics and made sure they were safe for me to take. She sent me for an x-ray because she thought I might have pneumonia. On the negative side, she did not write STAT on the order. I had to wait three more scary days before I got results after I chased them down. Also she/the practice did not follow up with me, and the x-ray results weren’t posted in the portal for another two days. That stunk! I think it’s likely she was having a hard day - it happens - but I would be hesitant to recommend her based on that single experience. No matter how rushed, take the 15-20 seconds to make eye contact, smile, and make nice. Act like you care, even if you don’t.
